How to keep it current

Capture the specification
Photograph the back of the wheel and the tire sidewall before fitment so every number is legible.

Record the fitment
Note the shop or the date you fitted the set yourself, plus the torque value applied.

Keep the wear log
Log rotations, tread depth, and any re-torque so the set has a continuous history.
